Who, what, why?

SYTEK started as a pure convenience corporation for myself and my virtual wingman - shared wallet and assets and the like. Being an a stubborn lone wolf, joining an "active" corporation was never much of an option. With time, I realized there are quite a few lone wolves like myself out there, who might want to be part of something bigger without trading off their independence.

From there, the philosophy for Syrkos Technologies was pretty clear:

- No corporation duties
- Friendly tax rate of 2%
- Shared corporation hangar divisions
- Playing with like-minded pilots
- All races welcome
- All professions welcome
- All time zones welcome
- No plans to take over the galaxy
- Private forum
- Participate in corp operations when you feel like it
- Buy items built from corp blueprints at near-mineral cost
- Make bigger, unaccessible projects possible as a joint venture
- Private alliance for joining with your corp
- The only recruitment restrictions: no piracy, no trial accounts

In essence, the thought is to keep playing just as you always did, with a few added advantages. To give lone wolves like myself the opportunity to put the loneliness aside when they feel like it.
